• The deed, the permits, the EPC certificate.

The property file is completed.

You order them, or you entrust us with obtaining them, invoiced as an extra. The fees remain payable by you. The notarial deed can be viewed online in MyMinfin if it has been registered since 2001. Otherwise, from the notary or by e-mail to the office responsible for your locality eservices.minfin.fgov.be.
